My approach to coaching is much like my approach to writing resumes – I help clients take their career to the next level by creating a solid job search strategy, reveal their best skills and qualifications for the job, and prepare for interviews with knock-your-socks-off answers to some of the toughest interview questions.
I hold an MBA in global business and a bachelor’s degree in English. Throughout my 20+ year career, I have worked the staffing and recruiting, technology, banking, finance, and entertainment industries. I’ve designed recruitment processes and implemented the technology that manages resumes.
Because of my intimate knowledge of the hiring process, I counsel clients through the job search, the interview, salary negotiation, and beyond. The most important lesson I teach clients is to create value at all stages of the interview and career. It is my goal to prepare clients with the tools they need for a successful career.
